NUMBER OF NIGHTS STAYED (NNS)

In order to enjoy VIP Club rewards, you must register at https://westcotthouse.com/vip-registration/. You are not eligible for rewards until you receive a confirmation email from us that contains your personal VIP Club member number and NNS balance. 

If you stayed with us at least once per year in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, your NNS will be calculated from 2015 forward.

If you did not stay with us at least once in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, your NNS will be calculated from 2019 forward.

Nights on which you utilized a discounted rate of any type will not be included in your NNS. 

In order to enjoy rewards at the 7 to 10 Level, you must have already stayed 6 nights in the past; for the 11 to 19 Level, you must have already stayed 10 nights in the past; and for the 20 or more nights Level, you must have already stayed 19 nights in the past.

When you book a stay using a bonus year-round discount (1 night 10%, 2+ nights 15%) or applying the NNS equals your discount offer, the nights stayed during which you applied your VIP Club reward do not count towards your new total, and the counter returns to zero.

VIP Club discounts can be applied to one room for as many as 5 consecutive overnights in that same room. The discount cannot exceed 50%.

Discounted stays can be utilized by VIP Club member only; they cannot be gifted to other individuals.

Birthday and Anniversary – Any room, any day, blackout dates apply unless otherwise specified.

Must stay within 7 days of event date. Must present drivers license (or proof of marriage date as applicable) at check-in.

First Responders & Military – Any room, any day, no blackout dates, always 10%. Must present valid credential at check-in. Promo Code Essential

These discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer.

GUEST REFERRAL BONUS – MUST BE BOOKED BY PHONE

From the moment you receive your personal VIP Club member number, you are eligible for the guest referral bonus. 

Guests referred by you prior to January 2024 will not be counted toward your NNS, and they are not eligible for any discounts unless they have their own personal VIP member number.  

For every overnight booked on their first stay by a guest that you refer, you can add the number of nights from their first stay to your NNS once their reservation has been fulfilled. 

Your referred guest will enjoy 4 complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberries and a bottle of chilled champagne in their room on arrival for their first stay.

If your referred guest stays a minimum or 2 (maximum of 5) overnights on that first stay, they will receive a 5% discount on their room rate. Should your referred guest choose to utilize any other discounted offer that is available at their time of stay, only one discount can be applied. 

Your referred guest will be required to provide your name as it appears on your VIP Club registration welcome letter as well as your personal VIP member number at the time they make their reservation in order for you to receive the bonus nights. 

Any referred guest who does not have your personal VIP Club member number at the time they make their reservation will not receive the 5% discount or the complimentary items, and you will not be awarded their nights to your NNS. Under no circumstances will this reward be applied to preexisting reservations for VIP Club member or the referred guest. 

Your referred guest will not be registered automatically in the VIP Club. Your referred guest will be responsible for initiating their own registration.

DISCOUNTED GIFT CERTIFICATES – MUST BE PURCHASED BY PHONE

Gift certificates purchased at a discount can be used any time when applied as payment for a room booked at regular rate but cannot be applied to a preexisting reservation. 

Gift certificates purchased using the VIP Club discount will contain an identifier that will prohibit them from being used as payment when another formal discount has been applied to a room rate, such as a year-round discount or special rate promotion (such as the First-Time Referred Guest 5% discount).

Gift certificates purchased using the VIP Club 10% discount cannot be applied as payment during blackout dates. 

Purchasing a discounted VIP Club gift certificate does not affect your NNS balance. 

Your personal VIP Club member number will be noted on the gift certificate (along with the above-noted rules).  

FIRST-TIME GUESTS REFERRED BY VIP CLUB MEMBER – FIRST VISIT MUST BE BOOKED BY PHONE

Referred guest must provide referring VIP Club member’s registered name and personal VIP Club member number in order to receive the 5% discount on 2 or more nights (except on blackout dates), complimentary in-room chocolate-dipped strawberries (4), a bottle of chilled champagne, and a Welcome-To-The-Family card in room on arrival. 

This referred guest will be required to register themselves in the VIP Club program in order for their overnights to count toward their own rewards moving forward.
